The firm has a strong Property Advisory department headed by Obey. The department attends to conveyancing: registration of transfer of residential, commercial and industrial real estate, negotiation and drafting of real estate agreements, preparation and registration of mortgage, surety and notarial bonds, lease agreements, and advisory services on structuring of transactions and taxation. The department is overseen by all three partners who have been involved in the structuring of a number of housing projects which involve the registration of a notarial deed, deductions and formal subdivision of property, structured either through a sectional title or share block arrangement.
